Mercury Prize 2010 nominees announced

It’s that time of the year again! The Barclaycard Mercury Prize 2010 Album of the Year nominees have been announced.

Indie, Folk, Grime and Jazz have all been represented in the UK’s best-of list, including two of Lost In Suburbia’s favourite albums of the year, Laura Marling – I Speak Because I Can and Foals – Total Life Forever.

Here is the full list of this year’s Mercury Prize nominees:

The 2010 winner will be announced on Tuesday 7th September.
